Studio, 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom Apartments in Bitter Lake

Welcome to The Aries at Bitter Lake, an income-restricted community where quality, comfort, and affordability come together. Choose from thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes featuring inviting interiors, functional layouts, and the modern conveniences you need to feel at home.

Because The Aries offers affordable housing, all applicants must meet eligibility requirements before leasing. During the application process, our team reviews factors including household income, household size, rental history, credit history, criminal history, student status, and other program-specific eligibility requirements to determine qualification. Income limits vary by apartment and household size, and all income and assets must be verified.

We encourage you to review our screening criteria and income qualifications before applying. If you have questions, our leasing team is happy to help you understand the requirements, determine your eligibility, and guide you through the application process.

Please Note: Three-bedroom apartment homes require a minimum household size of four (4) people.
